Daniel Radcliffe: 'Star Wars' Versus 'Harry Potter'

Daniel Radcliffe flashes a smile at the Casting Society of America’s Artios Awards ceremony on Monday (September 26) in New York City.

The 22-year-old British actor attended the event that honors casting directors’ excellence in casting.

Daniel recently spoke about how the Harry Potter franchise differs from those with a similar fan base.

“If you think about the other big costume-wearing [franchises]…things like Star Wars and Star Trek, with Potter, because it started off as a literary thing, has created a generation…with an appetite for reading and literature, which is kind of amazing,” Daniel said.
