OlderCheryl Cole: Afghanistan Trip & Pride of Britain Awards!
Cheryl Cole rocks a Victoria Beckham dress at the Pride of Britain Awards on Monday (October 3) at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London, England.
The 28-year-old British singer visited troops in Afghanistan last month, where she presented a Pride of Britain award to commemorate a decade of British operations in the country.
“I always had huge admiration for what the guys do out here, but seeing them at work is awe-inspiring,” Cheryl shared. “Every one of them is a hero in my book.”
During her trip, Cheryl was taught how to fire state-of-the-art weapons systems and to drive the new Jackal vehicle!
