Jake Gyllenhaal goes for an early morning run through New York City’s Central Park on Saturday (October 8).
Later in the day, the 30-year-old actor joined his sister Maggie Gyllenhaal, her husband Peter Sarsgaard, and his mother for Yom Kippur services.

God supports homosexuals, because they are people just like anyone else.
It used to be thought that being left-handed was a sin, because the Bible says that Jesus is the right hand of God. They were persecuted, and even in the 20th century, people still changed their children from right-handed to left=handed.
Eventually, hopefully, people will realize being gay is about the same as being left-handed — not the majority, but not something wicked or deviant, or whatever else anyone wants to believe out of fear and superstition.
Yes, superstition, because you can find a passage in the Bible to meet any bigoted hatefulness you already feel. That’s why KKK members think they are doing God’s work, too. Pray for LOVE, and you will not have a problem knowing what God wants you to do.
