Hilary Duff gets her belly rubbed by Extra host Mario Lopez during an interview taped at The Grove on Friday (October 14) in Los Angeles.
The 24-year-old actress later signed copies of her new book, “Devoted,” at Barnes & Noble.

Looks like Hil had a long day of promo. “My my my what an early morning…yawn! Leaving for @liveaccess to have a chat with my friend @billybush this am,” Hilary tweeted early that morning.
It was recently announced that Hilary and her hubby Mike Comrie will be having a baby boy!
FYI: Hil wore an Ippolita 18K Gold Modern Rock Candy Open Frame Station Necklace in Labradorite and a Samantha Wills Romancing the Stone necklace while filming Extra.

she does not look pregnant at all. i think that her “pregnancy” is to make some buzz around her. and later she will sadly annoucnce that she lost a baby. because it’s already too long for her not to have even a little babyboom showing

Those of you who are making a comment about her size have obviously never been pregnant. Lots of women don’t show early with their first. You can find out the sex around 4.5 months and with my first I didn’t show until I was 6 months along. And she does have a very small bump. You morons believe every celebrity pregnancy is faked. It is so ridiculous!
