Hilary Duff and her big sister Haylie head to the salon on Wednesday (October 19) in Studio City, Calif.
The 24-year-old pregnant actress and her older sis were joined by Ashley Tisdale as they treated themselves to pedicures.

Actually, I’ve read her new book Devoted and it has a VERY complicated plot, so the fact that she couldn’t really explain it doesn’t surprise me. I couldn’t really explain the plot if someone asked me either. Not to mention since it is the sequel, some of the plot connects to the info given in the first book (like many other book series do) so it’s one of those situations where you just have to read the books to understand the plot. So don’t be so quick to say she didn’t have a part in writing the books; that’s just ignorant.
