Jessica Alba Suing Belly Bandit for $1 Million

The 30-year-old actress is suing Belly Bandit claiming her name and likeness were used without permission to promote a post-pregnancy weight loss device.

The lawsuit alleges the company “prominently featured and posted a photograph of [Jessica], and listed her name under the ‘Celebrity Testimonials’ section of their website,” according to TMZ.

Jess is suing for more than $1 million in damages “and also wants a cut of the cash Belly Bandit made using her name.”
