ROW 1 is the girls whom Simon Cowell is mentoring: Melanie Amaro, 19; Rachel Crow, 13; Drew, 14.

ROW 2 is the boys whom L.A. Reid is mentoring: Astro, 15; Marcus Canty, 20; Chris Rene, 28.

ROW 3 is the over 30s whom Nicole Scherzinger is mentoring: LeRoy Bell, 60; Stacy Francis, 42; Josh Krajcik, 30;

ROW 4 is the groups that Paula Abdul is mentoring: InTENsity; Lakoda Rayne; The Stereo Hogzz.
