Mario Cantone: Married to Jerry Dixon!

Mario Cantone and his partner of twenty years Jerry Dixon have said “I do,” according to Us Weekly!

The 51-year-old Sex and the City actor announced the news about his marriage to Jerry, a musical theater director, on The View.

“I got married for the same reasons you did,” Mario told Joy Behar, who was married earlier this year. “We’re older now. We’ve been together 20 years. After 20 years you’re like, ‘Thanks for the anti-climactic honeymoon government!’”

“It was beautiful, just my family there. I love him. He’s a good man,” Mario added.

Congratulations to the happy couple!

In all religions, marriage is between men and women

If it’s disgusting, makes you throw up, then why are you reading this article?

Congratulations! 20 years together…that is the kind of love that should be celebrated with marriage and all the bells and whistles. All best wishes to the couple!!

I hope those that claim this is disgusting have karma to come back and bite them hard. You’re pathetic that you make such comments about someones life just because their gay. Religion is fake, its to help sooth the fact that there is nothing after death and you just die. Even if you believe in religion do you think God would want someone like you in heaven that make such evil and disgusting comments? I didn’t think so.

@uckles: Looking at your reflection again?

Good for them! I’m all for gay marriage. Why should straight couples be the only miserable ones!!! Just kidding. I am really for gay marriage though!

I enjoy his humor and think he’s so damn funny!

I remember him on a Kids Corner type show on Channel 9-WWOR -Ny years ago..where he was also good.

But what was even funnier to me—he had a recurring role on
Dave Chappelle’s show…”Ask the Gay Guy”—OMG if you haven’t this…you have to…PRICELESS!!!

I just don’t want to imagine the smell of the bedroom after 2 guys are done.
