Olivia Munn's PETA Plea for Sarah the Elephant

Olivia Munn pleas for the retirement of the arthritic elephant Sarah from the Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus in this new video made by PETA.

The 31-year-old actress tells a horrifying tale of Sarah‘s ill treatment – and even describes one incident where the poor elephant collapsed, only to be forced to perform in the very next show.

“Please help Sarah. If we all put our voices together, we could save her life…” Olivia tweeted to her followers, urging action be taken.

To help the cause, please join PETA and Olivia and call on the USDA to save Sarah from her pain.

Just called. I urge anyone who reads this to do the same. Circus elephants lead a life of abuse and have no voice.

Boycott any circus that uses animals.

When and if Sarah snaps and crushes her keepers or turns on the crowd, they’ll say “We don’t know what happened?, She was such a nice animal.”

Anyone who abuses animals deserves to be stoned!

I just called the USDA and they said they had no knowledge of Sarah’s abuse. I told them they were aligned with an ad campaign and they said they would look into it, but it doesn’t seem like they really care — which is disheartening.

it’s not just about Sarah — this is a problem for all animals in captivity

I love elephants n its cruel to do this to a human when they r in pain no difference to an animal.. If Sarah is in pain she needs to retire you can always train another elephant!!
