Chris Martin: Weekend Update Guest!

Chris Martin makes a guest appearance during Weekend Update on Saturday Night Live‘s most recent episode, airing November 12.

The Coldplay frontman played a backup singer for Garth and Kat (Fred Armisen and Kristen Wiig), a group that makes up their songs on the fly.

The trio performed “Pilgrims are Always Friendly Unless They’re Pushing Their Limits” for Update’s Seth Meyers.
