OlderKaty Perry Wins Special Award at AMAs 2011!
Katy Perry shows off two beautiful gowns at the 2011 American Music Awards held at Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE on Sunday (November 20) in Los Angeles.
The 27-year-old singer wore a custom Johnny Wujek design while she performed her new single “The One That Got Away” on stage.
After her performance, Heidi Klum presented Katy with a special award for being the first female artist to have five number one singles from the same album.
Later in the show, Katy changed into a black shear dress with pink crystal by Furne One. She accessorized with Candy Ice earrings.

Whoop dee doo, this basic chick has 5 generic songs that went to number one because of listeners with low standards and poor taste.
What a MESS of a look. Her hair is so ugly this color and style. This outfit is frumpy and ridiculous. Rumor is their marriage is on the rocks.. I wonder if this is her way of rebelling? Why else try to make herself look so ugly

I like her but her performance was a snoozefest and this hair? come on.
Like the acoustic version of the song she sang, but it didn’t go with her look. She was dressing all Wilma-Flinstone hair and futeristic looking gown, yet with a quiet, pared down performance, but maybe that was the point? Her hair and hair color is awful, she needs to go back to black. She should go for the look she has for the video for this song, black and more soft, stop with the cartoon look.
