Nicole Scherzinger works out her curves in an Herve Leger dress on the December 2011 cover of Shape, on stands November 28.
Here’s what the 33-year-old X Factor judge shared:
On auditioning for the burlesque pop group Pussycat Dolls in 2003: “I’ll never forget it. I walked into the room, and there were the Dolls’ producers and Jimmy Iovine [credited with turning Eminem and Lady Gaga into superstars]. Jimmy told them, ‘Whatever you do, don’t let this girl go. She’s going to be the leader of this group.’ ”
On judging alongside L.A. Reid, Paula Abdul, and The X Factor’s creator, Simon Cowell: “I come from the same place these contestants do. I empathize with them because I know what it’s like to be up there, proving yourself.”

“don’t let this girl go, she’s gonna be the leader of the group” WOH. Did she really say that?? Like, for real?!? wow. What a show off. …. Seriously….. I never stood the fact that she was the leader and the other were like back up but apparently it was all planned. There’s always been something that annoyed me with Nicole. She’s gorgeous, yes and she does have a great voice actually, no one can deny that but she lacks something. And obviously, one cannot say that her new songs are good. They’re just awful. She was better as a leader in a group. Now she’s a has been.
Nicole looks amazing! She’s always in such incredible shape. Far out people need to stop being so critical. Nicole is doing no harm to anyone.
