OlderDuchess Kate Gets Groceries at Tesco
Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, stocks up on groceries at Tesco on Tuesday (November 22) in Holyhead, North Wales.
The 29-year-old wife of Prince William, keeping warm in a turtleneck, purchased bananas, chicken, milk, potatoes, oranges, cereal, ice cream, and lettuce, Us Weekly reports.
The night before, Kate‘s younger sis, Pippa, celebrated a tree-lighting event in London, where she hit the ice rink.
Kate and Will will be spending six weeks apart starting February, when he’ll be deployed to the Falkland Islands. The Duke of Cambridge will be completing a routine deployment as a Royal Air Force search and rescue co-pilot.

Love Kate!!! I think it’s disgusting that the store obviously sold/gave the pictures. Hope Kate teaches the idiot who runs the store a lesson and shops elsewhere. Notice the cashier wave to someone when Kate’s back was turned. PATHETIC IDIOTS!!

She is not wearing her ring… I always thought it was too big to use it everyday…

@Flavia- Duchess Catherine does have her ring on, the wedding band. She does not have the engement ring on. Just love that she & Prince William are so down to earth and she take’s care of her husband like another married couple.

I’m sorry but this is an invasion of privacy. It’s one thing to pap someone outside in the car park but to zoom in on them going to the cash register and list all the things they bought…. that should be private. Ugh!

in the 3rd pic, you can see that she sees the person taking the pics and she understandably doesn’t look too pleased about it. Though I love hearing about her, I think some times we shouldn’t intrude…
No wonder William put her through a 9 year “courtship” to make sure she was up to this. She must really love the guy because I can’t imagine the perks of being the Queen Consort in 40 years worth being stalked. She could marry into the aristocracy, have more money, and privacy, too. Confess I’m interested in what she eats, but sympathize with all the attention on her weight. I weighed 95 lb at 5’4″ until I was 50 and couldn’t get a date in HS because it wasn’t cool to be Twiggy then. Fast metabolism and no snacks. Not anorexic. Most women put on weight after menopause, including skinny me. Give her some time. Meanwhile, would you want all the attention she gets? I’d pity her if she hadn’t known what she was getting into. More or less. You know childbirth hurts, but not REALLY until you go through it. I doubt she knew it would be this bad. Still, bananas and lettuce help keep off the fat if you want to be a clothes horse and she does look great, especially w/o the ringlets. It’s cool she buys their groceries and cooks herself. Shouldn’t she be praised for this? Isn’t “austerity” the word of the day?
