OlderBritney Spears: New Interview with 'Stylist'!
Britney Spears opens up to British magazine Stylist in a new interview.
Here are a few highlights from the interview with the 29-year-old pop princess:
On what her place in L.A. is like: “[M]y house is very traditional. And I love ‘shabby chic’. It’s a very homey-cozy vibe. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen actually, maybe my kids will be doing their homework or that kind of thing when they get home from school. I love my kitchen.”
On whether her boys understand “Mommy” vs. “Britney Spears”: “I think they’re starting to understand that it’s part of my work and what I do. It’s part of mommy being a performer. And being a performer, one of the things that entails is playing different characters and having fun and doing different things.”
On former Mickey Mouse Club co-star Ryan Gosling: “Oh, I’m a huge fan; I think he’s amazing. I think he’s a wonderful little actor. He definitely has that ‘something’ on film; on camera, which is really cool. So I’m very happy for him.”

Thank you Britney, for never dying your hair pink or dressing like a cartoon character or pretending to be something you’re not or copying everyone else’s musical style or fashion. Thank you for always being YOU after 13 years. I can’t really say the same for some of the other female artists out there.
Thank you Britney for not dying your hair pink or stealing other ppl’s fashion or claiming credits on songs you never wrote or acting “Weird” as your image and never being anything other than yourself. You’ve been who you are ever since your first single 13 years ago. Unlike a lot of other female artists (I’m looking at you Gaga, Katy, and Beyonce).

Little actor? What is that supposed to mean??
LOL at the star of the film classic “Crossroads” shading the Oscar nominated Ryan Gosling by calling him “a little actor.” That was unnecessary Brit, really. I normally like her, but it sounds so condescending to call him “a little actor” as if she’s Meryl Streep or somebody.
i think when she said “little actor”, it was only a term of endearment. i dont think she meant to insult him
