Alessandra Ambrosio Covers 'Muse' Magazine Winter 2011

Alessandra Ambrosio graces the cover of Muse magazine’s Winter 2011 issue.

The 30-year-old Brazilian model was shot by photographer Chad Pittman and styled by Melissa Rubini for the dual covers of the magazine.

Alessandra is wearing a Marc Jacobs top, Alexander Wang pants, an Alexander McQueen corset, and a Dondup jacket in the cover pictured above. She is wearing Ralph Lauren in the cover pictured below.

Last week, Alessandra and her fellow Victoria’s Secret supermodels Chanel Iman and Adriana Lima hit up the VS Herald Square store in New York City to help kick off the holiday season. In case you missed it, make sure you check out pics from the event!

I appreciate when commercial models at least try out other markets.

    Ugly covers. She looks dirty.

  • Dieter

I love her beautifull ass !!!!

  • Turth

who’s more desperate for attention, she or Miranda?

  • @mordeuvc

  • @4

So being on the cover of a fashion magazine means that they are desperate for attention?
That has to be one of the dumbest things that I have ever heard.
Miranda is rumored to have just finished a shoot for Italian Vogue. What a famewhore, right?

  • crap

@Turth: definitely this one. she tweets every single link about herself! who does that? lol….A listers sure don’t…

  • Asco

not the best photoshoot such ugly

  • @7

Tweeting every link does seem a bit desperate, doesn’t it. I can see tweeting links about charity events, or her public appearances for fans, but anything else is going too far. Maybe she is jealous of all the attention Miranda gets from the press. Her having a child did not make headline news like it did with Miranda. And the press aren’t camped out on her doorstep documenting her every move like Miranda and Orlando, either.
Ale has done well in her career, she should just accept that she will never be a true supermodel and embrace what she has. She won’t win any points in the industry for appearing desperate.

  • @7 here

Should have said ‘paps camped out’, and not “press”. I shouldn’t insult members of the actual press by including those pap vultures in their ranks.

  • alex

All you haters seem a bit more desperate… if you dont like her just don´t comment.. you really sound worst..
Plus i mean she doesnt need more pres, she already got it with VS..
PS. with all the covers, campaign ads, runways she has done she proves more than being in whatever internet site… just saying

  • Stella

If your eyes skim over the pics quickly she looks a bit like Jennifer Connelly, in the photo with the black wig.

  • Caros

@@7: sharing charity related links or website promotional links or the occasional personal photo and such is different. She shares “look at me” links and almost every single photo of her life and it just put me off from her.

  • http://deleted Caller

@@7: Miranda Kerr is not a ‘true supermodel” and NEVER will be.

  • AlienKerr

@Caller: true dat. Just some big headed alien Et lookalike who does catalog shoots. severely overrated.

  • @14

Uhmmm, no one said that she was.
But you can’t deny that with her marriage to such a high profile man, she is more well known among average people than Ale.

  • sofia

Supermodels do different looks in every mogazine, shoot.. its not about looking pretty in every single shoot…
i mean thats the real supermodels.. and about tweeting pictures of her self… well you follow HER not her family friends or whichever you want to see..

  • Queen

@sofia: yes thats why I like to see the VS models try different looks, its important for models to show versatility or else not many people are going to want to hire them…..a bunch of sexy beach pics is so boring. Nice to switch it up! thats why the 90s models were so grand. They did it all! alot of Models today are too “one note” kudos Ale!

  • limabean

    ugly man horse

  • @15

Catalog shoots, Vogue, i-D, Harpers, and Elle covers, HF runway, campaigns for Prada and Jil Sander and developer of her own, successful skincare line.
    You were saying….?

  • sofia

I am saying she has appeared in advertisements for brands like Revlon, Christian Dior, Giorgio Armani, and Ralph Lauren, Dolce & Gabanna, as well as the Pirelli Calendar. She has walked the catwalks for designers such as Prada, Chanel, and Oscar de la Renta, D&G, Fendi, Emanuel Ungaro, Giles, Marc Jacobs, Louis Vuitton, Loewe . She has appeared in numerous international magazine covers, including Cosmopolitan, Elle, GQ, Harper’s Bazaar, Marie Claire, Ocean Drive, Vogue, Glamour, Rolling Stone, Ocean Drive… this is just a little stuff from her career…

  • sofia

  • @sofia

Actually, I was responding to the idiot hater who came on to Ale’s thread just to insult Miranda.
    I like Ale.

  • sofia

Sorryy my bad, i thought you were talking about Miranda cause of the Skin care line.. then again im not a hater of Miranda… but people dont try to compare careers nor say Ale isnt a true model after 15yrs in the modeling business…

  • rngg

Ale is a top known model but if you can list her major accomplishments in one post,…chances are she’s not that “Super”. Could you imagine listing Cindy,Linda,Claudia,Kate,Naomi,Gisele’s lists in one post? it would be nearly impossible…no offense but you can count Ale’s HF on your hands.

  • @sofia

    OK, let’s try again….
I was responding to post #15, who was claiming that Miranda was just a catalog model. I WAS talking about Miranda.
#15 just came on Ale’s thread for the sole purpose of insulting Miranda. I was responding to her insult.
Ale has had a great career. You don’t have to be strictly HF to be considered successful in the fashion world.
