Ke$ha: Humane Society Street Dog Defender!

Ke$ha lends a helping hand to Humane Society International in this new video raising awareness about street dogs.

“Late one night not long ago, my friend and I were on an island in the South Pacific when we came across two abused dogs who literally had been super glued together. It was horrible. We managed to separate them, but with no community resources to help these dogs, no shelter to take them to, no way to take them with me, I could only watch them vanish into the streets and hope that somewhere they would find kindness,” the 24-year-old singer recalls.

K$ is asking animal lovers to donate $20 a month to HSI, which will fund humane spay and neuter surgeries and vaccinations.

As a Street Dog Defender, you’ll join HSI in helping dogs in countries including India, Bhutan, the Philippines, Haiti, and Chile.

I think people who dont treat animals right should go to jail too. How can you abuse of such innocent creatures that only want to satisfy you? Really bad people do that.

Am I the only one who noticed that Ke$ha basically vanished after her 1st album. Maybe that’s a good thing?

@Amber
I think that is the right thing to do, unlike Rihanna and Gaga who think that if they dont release a new song every week people will forget about them. Good music needs time.
