Avril Lavigne and ex-husband Deryck Whibley exit Madeo restaurant together on Thursday night (December 1) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 27-year-old rocker filed for divorce from Deryck back in October of 2009.

Earlier that evening, Avril congratulated Deryck‘s group Sum41 on their Grammy nomination!

“CONGRATULATIONS @Sum41 for your Grammy nomination!!!!!!!!!! So fu**** cool. You guys deserve it!” Avril tweeted.

Earlier in the week, Avril was spotted out and about in New York City with her boyfriend Brody Jenner.
