Michael Fassbender goes shirtless in the Italian poster for his new film Shame.
The drama centers around sex addict Brandon whose sister Cissy (Carey Mulligan) disrupts his private life when she arrives unannounced for an indefinite stay.
“[Michael is] an artist. He’s not an actor. There are a lot of actors out there, but he’s actually an artist,” director Steve McQueen told NYMag.
As for the NC-17 film’s full-frontal male and female nudity, Steve explained, “People get up in the morning and they go to the toilet and they have a thing of water. They don’t even think about that. It’s not about me including it. It’s quite normal. It’s the most unexotic thing in the world.”

Oh no please Michael put the shirt back on. Would like to see the movie because I enjoy dark and provocative but sexy he is NOT.
hey people have their personal tastes, I think he’s attractive and at least he can act unlike half the ‘hot’ guys out there.
At least he has acting ability unlike a lot of the actors who go shirtless today (eg. Bradley James of ‘Merlin’)
