Tom Cruise and Paula Patton strike poses on the red carpet of the Mission Impossible – Ghost Protocol premiere held at Callao Cinema on Monday (December 12) in Madrid, Spain.
The 49-year-old actor and his 36-year-old co-star, in Dolce&Gabbana, were joined on the carpet by co-star Simon Pegg and director Brad Bird!

@You forgot the mention how he walks on water and can turn it into wine. Just a quick tip. People might believe the phoney, gushing posts if they weren’t so repetitive, over the top and so obviously paid for, or cranked out, by the organization he belongs to. It was good for a laugh though so thanks for that. Oh and yes, he does age, Everyone does. Not everyone however uses a turtleneck to hide what are probably scars from whatever procedure he has had done to look so “rejuvenated”.
What’s so hard about raising one kid with the help of a cook, maids, helpers, private jets, nannies and $$$?
He simply gets tooth veneers, lipo, hair transplants, face lifts and anything else money will buy.
I don’t think he does anything to himself, he looks a young 49, he doesn’t look in his 30′s or anything like that- looks about 44. When he smiles, the lines are there . I think Tom is one huge ‘adrenalin rush’ person.
He needs a new stylist, or to choose a new designer to dress him. Maybe Tom Ford. He just always looks awkward in the clothes he wears. I don’t get it. Doesn’t he know Armani? Have Armani people dress him.
Tom Cruise is an astonishing human being. He’s by far the most personable man in Hollywood. A devoted family man and has very youthful appearance for his age as well.

Real family man. Dumped his wife of ten years and moved on within weeks with Cruz. And he is lookin’ mighty close to Patton these days. Most premieres don’t have the leads joined t the hip. Where’s Katie in all this? Having a Xenu brain transfer?
And of course he looks young. He’s had plastic surgery, hair plugs, hair dye, veneers and botox. Anyone would look young if they had his money and means to do so. Go back and look at pictures from five to ten years ago and it is extremely obvious.

He looks very good for his age. Looking at all the other actors around that age (50) it does appear as if he has had some very good work done. So what? He still looks very natural. Besides, It’s no ones business.
