Janet Jackson: Nutrisystem's New Spokeswoman!

Janet Jackson sits down with ABC’s Juju Chang for an interview airing Thursday (December 15) on Good Morning America.

The 45-year-old entertainer opened up about being the new face and body of Nutrisystem.

“It’s a matter of learning how to keep it off, that maintenance and they have a program for that,” Janet shared. “My success plan is to be healthy and feel good about me.”

Janet also discussed her niece, Paris Jackson, and her decision to sign on for a role in Lundon’s Bridge and the Three Keys.

“I’m happy for her because this is what she wants to do,” she said. “[But] I said, ‘You should really take this time to enjoy your youth to its fullest’ because you lose so much of your childhood in this industry.”

Check out more of Janet‘s interview below, including her thoughts on the Dr. Conrad Murray trial and verdict.

Before Britney, we had Janet lip-synching her performances. The woman is a pioneer.
