OlderSam Taylor-Wood: OBE Honor with Aaron Johnson!

The 44-year-old English filmmaker and photographer was honored with an OBE, or Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, in recognition of her photography and artwork.

“It’s such an incredible honour to receive this award – something I would never have dreamt of,” Sam told the BBC earlier this year. “It’s very gratifying for an artist to get recognition at this level.”
Aaron and Sam are expecting their second child together – the couple announced the exciting news back in late July!

He looks like Albert Einstein! He’s actually quite cute without a mustashe and crazy hair. I saw him in a movie before and loved him, but now he just looks weird. Must be a british thing.

Let it be an older man and a younger girl and no one says a word! Do you realize how normalized it has become!? Isn’t it equally sick to see an older man with a younger woman is it is vice versa!? I can’t stand hypocrites and NO girls DO NOT mature faster than boys, i’m sick of hearing that propaganda myth to make it seem like young girl/old man couple is normal – it’s not! It’s sickening. And if we are going there, i’d say it is more sickening since men die generally die before women due to old age so it makes more sense if it’s an older woman with a younger man but i think BOTH are just as sick! But i am sick of the double standards!

The comments on here are seriously ridiculous. When half of the marriages in the western world fail why does anyone think it’s ok to judge a couple that has been together as long as they have. Save your vitriol for people who stay together for two months for publicity, or I dunno, any of the fake Hollywood couples around right now. Sam Taylor Wood is an awesome woman, and they look happy together. Get off your high horses. If you don’t like what you see, then I suggest shoving your heads further up your asses so you don’t have to.
It would be just as creepy if an 18-year old girl hooked up with a man 23 years older than her. He’s probably attracted to her talent/staure/power, as is usually the case with younger men/older women. I don’t see them lasting.

She creeps me out. And now she has an OBE? I guess there’s no morality clause that comes with that thing. Sorry, I know some women look at her as some kind of icon but to me, she’s just gross.
