Debra Messing and her husband, Daniel Zelman, have split after ten years of marriage, JustJared.com can confirm.
“Debra Messing and Daniel Zelman privately separated earlier this year after a 10 year marriage. The decision was mutual, and they remain supportive of one another and committed to raising their son as a family,” a rep for the actress said in a statement.

You can catch Debra on NBC’s upcoming musical dramedy Smash, which also stars Anjelica Huston and Katharine McPhee. Smash debuts on February 6.

Sorry to read about another broken family involving a child. They’d been together so long before they married that theirs was a marriage I thought would last. Sad.

These hollywood people can’t stay in a marry. why do they get marry when they know that they can’t stay marry . These celebs should be ban fropm getting marry because they know nothing about the holiness of marriage.

Divorce isn’t limited to Hollywood, what about the thousands of “regular” people that get divorced everyday? Perhaps no one should be allowed to get married, that way there won’t be any divorces.
Sad to hear about their split, but it seems like they are at least keeping it amicable for the sake of their son, unlike many others.

thanks for that voice of reason. People get divorce all the time. Regardless of the profession. We just think celebrities divorce more because we see them. I know at least 6 couples that split this year. So that is just the world not just Hollywood marriages.
It sad that they have split up but what I find weird is that despite splitting up months ago, they still live together in New York.
