Anna Paquin Covers 'LA Weekly'

Anna Paquin shows off her big brown eyes on the cover of LA Weekly‘s mid December issue.

The magazine recently picked the 29-year-old True Blood actress’ film Margaret as the best film of the year.

The film was shot in 2005, but was not released until September of this year and Anna received a whopping 95% of the critics’ vote for best female performance of the year!

“I love this movie,” the director of the film Kenneth Lonergan said of the film. “I have never worked harder or longer on anything in my professional life. It would mean everything to me if the film could at least have a fair chance at a life of its own.”

Wow, wow, what big eyes you have…….lol

Seriously, it’s a shame that Margaret couldn’t be paid enough attention. Anna has always been such a great actress.

It was a bit late but is good to see Anna and the movie is having the attention it deserves. Nowadays I’m not surprised, Anna as an actress is much more than True Blood. For me her best works are in movies but she’s no very recognices as a movie actress, hope this makes that perception change.

    Congrats Anna!!!

I really like Anna with blond hair. Most actresses with dyed (blond) hair look bad, but she looks great!

I hope I will be able to see her in this movie. She’s an incredible actress.
