Hayden‘s mom Lesley recently filed for divorce, TMZ reports.
Lesley‘s estranged husband, Alan, was charged for striking Lesley in the face back in August of 2008; Lesley listed the date of separation as July of 2008.
Hayden‘s mom is seeking joint custody of 17-year-old Jansen, the couple’s minor child.

This is late information. Hayden and her family aren’t distraught. I believe her parents have been separated for a long time now. I really hope she dumps her loser jobless boyfriend, Scotty McKnight.
