Gisele Bundchen: Energy Poverty is 'Unjust'!

Gisele Bundchen steps out of her apartment for the evening on Monday (January 16) in Boston, Mass.

The 31-year-old Brazilian supermodel is back home after spending time in Africa as a UNEP ambassador and recently spoke about the reality of energy poverty.

“Energy affects everything. Children can study at night when they have access to electricity. If we can bring electricity to everyone, we can help people to survive,” Gisele expressed at the UNEP press conference in Nairobi.

“It’s unjust if people do not have access to electricity. Energy for all is achievable. Just 2% of global investment is needed,” she added.
