Katy Perry: Purr Signing in Manila!

Katy Perry is all smiles as she meets fans during a perfume signing for her fragrance Purr on Friday (January 20) in Manila, Philippines.

The 27-year-old singer (in an “Orcha” dress by Ted Baker) got to meet some of the local celebrities at the event and was given a book about her Chinese sign, the rat.

Katy gave her first public performance since the announcement of her divorce the night before in Jakarta, where she got a kiss from a shirtless fan.

Over the weekend, Katy made her split from Russell Brand official on Twitter by unfollowing his account.
