Courteney Cox hits the red carpet for a Cougar Town viewing party on Saturday (January 21) at Moon Nightclub at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas.

The 47-year-old actress was joined by her co-stars, Brian Van Holt and Josh Hopkins, at the celebration.
