Berenice Bejo & Jean Dujardin - SAG Awards 2012 Red Carpet

Berenice Bejo looks stunning at the 2012 Screen Actors Guild Awards held at the Shrine Auditorium on Sunday (January 29) in Los Angeles.

The 35-year-old actress, who wore a Ralph Lauren Collection dress and carried a Swarovski clutch, was joined by her The Artist co-star Jean Dujardin and director/husband Michel Hazanavicius!

Jean won in the category of Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role for his work in The Artist – congrats, Jean!

The cast of The Artist was also nominated Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture, but lost out to The Help.

FYI: Berenice accessorized with Chopard jewelry.

i’m sorry but Michael Fassbander should have won the SAG award, and every other award, for his performance in Shame.

# 2

this lil piece of shite needs to go home , the frog has already his head bigger than a watermelon!!!!!!!!!
Brad or George ARE real actor, not this impostor!

I’m French so I’m really happy for him.And come on,calling him ‘frog”,I know that people have this idea of French people but it is insulting I think.Anyway,he is a good actor,as good as Brad Pitt or George Clooney.

So happy that this amazing and humble actor won another award! It is well deserved!

And it will be appreciated if some people stop insulting other people because they are from another country. It is so childish.

Again great job Jean!

Great for Jean and his career!

@gohome: Xenophobic much? Idiot…

Seriously, I was surprised he won (everyone thought it would be Clooney) but very happy because his performance was fantastic! Very well-derserved Mr Dujardin

I’m so happy Jean won. He and Berenice look great.

I just saw The Artist yesterday and had seen Descendants earlier. Hands down, Jean Dujardin deserves the best actor award. Clooney was great but there’s no comparison between the two. I don’t think there’s an actor who compares to Jean and his expressive elegance in the movie. As far as negative comments about the French, pay them no mind. These people don’t reflect most Americans. Bravo to The Artist – one of the best films ever created.

Ahhh! So excited for Monsieur Dujardin, I love him!! He’s actually refreshing, a truly genuine person and wonderful actor. I don’t know why Pitt or Clooney can be the only ones winning awards, but I’m glad Jean got a chance for his amazing performance in The Artist. It can’t be easy keeping the attention of a generation that wants instant gratification. Anyways, I hope Jean makes more movies soon. I’ll just go rewatch every interview he’s done to listen to his sexy accent… :D

I’m really delighted for him and the film. Both are, hands down, magnifique!!
I honestly think it will be a travesty if Clooney wins the Oscar. This performance demanded so much from Jean Dujardin – to be suitably hammy in the films within the film, charismatic and movie star like as George Valentin, sympathetic as his star waned and then those closing scenes -just brilliant!
The Artist is cinematic perfection imo. He and it deserve the oscar.
And, as I said in another thread, I was lucky enough to meet him last week, he’s gorgeous looking and very charming.
