OlderRooney Mara: 'Dragon Tattoo' Tokyo Premiere!
Rooney Mara hits the red carpet in Givenchy for the Japanese premiere of her new movie, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, held on Monday (January 30) at the Tokyo International Forum in Tokyo, Japan.
The 26-year-old actress and Oscar nominee was joined by the director of the film, David Fincher.

Rooney‘s dad Chris recently told ESPN that he was so pleased that his daughter was nominated.
“I let out a pretty big scream, and then I cried,” he dished.

another rich girl who bought her career .. & probably her nominations as well .. if anyone thinks the girl with the dragon tattoo was a good movie needs to get their head examined. She had no connection at all with her co star & was so not believable that’s why this movie BOMBED!
I don’t think she bought her career. How much influence does owning a baseball team buy you in Hollywood? She’s a good actor, and stunning to look at to boot. Haters, get a life. And yes, great, great dress. Stunning. (Her whole look at these premieres are probably all engineered by the distribution/PR company involved.) However, doesn’t compensate for the fact that Daniel Craig couldn’t make it.
