OlderAshley Greene Covers 'Lucky' March 2012
Ashley Greene wears a Mulberry top and a Dolce&Gabbana skirt on the cover of Lucky magazine’s March 2012 issue, on newsstands Tuesday (February 7).
Here’s what the 24-year-old Twilight actress had to share:
On establishing herself in Hollywood: “Twilight has given me something to skyrocket off of. But now that it’s ending, there’s so much work to be done. And if I don’t do it then Twilight‘s all I’m ever going to be known for, as great as it is.”
On her game plan post Twilight: “Basically I went from ‘dying to get a gig’ to dying to get the gig everyone wants. So now I’m in this realm with a lot of highly respected actresses, which is an amazing place to be, but also kind of terrifying.”
On why you won’t see her at nightclubs: “It’s all the glitz and glamour in Hollywood, and you want to be part of it. And the deadly thing is that you meet people who do have the money and do have fame and are in a position to not spend every waking moment working toward getting a job, and it’s easy to feel like you can do it too, when really you haven’t earned it. You can either socialize or you can study your script, and luckily I learned that pretty quick!”

I don’t know why she is even covering any magazine? She didn’t have anything big except Twilight movies. And now why does she have a cover again? Ashley definitely loves attention.
I love Ashley,is very beautiful ,talented.
she comes off bad in written and camera interviews.. I’m sure she means well but she just doesn’t have that likeable gift.. Megan Fox and katherine heigl are that way as well.. Sure a lot is take out of context but they just aren”t likeable.. sadly neither of the 3 are great actresses either so that can’t save them either.. Megan Fox’s sheer beauty is keeping her afloat for now..

I never liked her. She doesn’t seem genuine. She seems like a mean girl pretending to be a nice girl. Also somewhat fame hungry.
I don’t see anything wrong with what she’s saying, she comes off poised and well grounded and not obnoxious in the least bit like a lot of other young starlets, at least to me.
I’m sorry sweetie but you are NOT in the “realm of highly respected actresses.” You don’t get to walk the same line as Rooney Mara, Jennifer Lawrence, Mia wasikowska, Felicity Jones, and whoever else. This girl is so desperate its almost sad.
In the realm of highly respected actresses???? Yeah, you have about few lines in Twiligh and you are an respected actress. You wish!!! I can’t stand her. She is so fake. Even Megan Fos is a better actress than her.
Reading thru these negative posts about Ashley (beautiful, talented) I see we have a lot of girls (ugly, fat, jealous) and guys (fat, overpaid wankers) making comments that they have no business making. You are only fooling yourselves if you don’t like Ashley. Go on Weight Watchers and pop a few more zits before you make negative comments about such a lovely girl.

LMAO seriously, when did she enter that realm? maybe she is still dreaming.
I don’t see anything in her filmography that says any of those things, I doubt anyone wanted to be in Apparition and LOL. Please.
I have absolutely nothing against her, I haven’t seen her in anything yet, but talking about being ‘in a realm with a lot of highly respected actresses’? Really? I looked her up on imdb and the only big movies she’s done are the Twilight movies. Even Kristen Stewart seems to be more respected and have better jobs than her, and most people hate that girl. If there’s anyone from Twilight who’s actually in that realm, it’s Anna Kendrick. And Dakota Fanning, but she’s been there ever since she was 3 years old.
