Elizbeth Olsen screams in this new poster for her upcoming film, Silent House.
Here’s the synopsis: Sarah, a young woman, finds herself sealed inside her family’s secluded lake house. With no contact to the outside world, and no way out, panic turns to terror as events become increasingly ominous in and around the house. Directed by filmmaking duo Chris Kentis and Laura Lau, Silent House uses meticulous camera choreography to take the audience on a tension-filled, real time journey, experienced in a single uninterrupted shot.
The movie is based on La Casa Muda, the Uruguayan entry in the Best Foreign Language Film category for this year’s Academy Awards.

No knock on Lizzie, but another remake of a foreign movie? Why if the original is so good it’s nominated for an Oscar? Mind boggling to me.
So good to see a Uruguayan film that was nominated for an Oscar and was remade.. So proud of our little country :)
