Miley Cyrus wears super short shorts and a pair of tights as she goes shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond on Tuesday (February 7) in Studio City, Calif.
The 19-year-old entertainer sipped on a hot beverage from Starbucks on her way out.

“So bummed it’s raining. It was supposed to be puppy & me day. We were gonna go to the park :( LAs weather is so bipolar!” Miley wrote on her Twitter account earlier in the day.
