Carrie Underwood - Grammys 2012 Red Carpet

Carrie Underwood looks lovely on the red carpet at the 2012 Grammy Awards held at Staples Center on Sunday (February 12) in Los Angeles.

The 28-year-old singer wore Gomez-Gracia‘s long-sleeve backless “Starlet” gown featuring intricately embroidered sequins on tulle.

Carrie was nominated for Best Country Solo Performance for her song “Mama’s Song”, but lost out to Taylor Swift for her song “Mean”. She is no stranger to the Grammys as she has already won five throughout her career.

The 2012 Grammy Awards, hosted by LL Cool J, airs live TONIGHT at 8 p.m. on CBS!
