The 22-year-old singer debuted the video on MTV earlier in the evening! The hit will be featured in the upcoming highly anticipated film The Hunger Games, and will also be included in the soundtrack.

all these comments are just pathetic. This song is for THE HUNGER GAMES and if you read the series you would know that this song is PERFECT and beautiful. It captures katniss and peeta perfectly. This isn’t about taylor swifts love life or anything to do with her dumb asses

@Leenah: Well in this particular song, it’s not suppose to be upbeat and loud. It’s more of a soft lullaby that eases the soul and melts the pain away.

Im not a fan of Taylor swift …but this song fits her well considering her small range vocal ability

    JenniferLawrence Says:

This is all about me, Jennifer Lawrence NOT you booboo. Sorry you were angry at LadyA for beating you but wearing a cute potato sack and singing your hatred over a critic who slammed your singing at the Grammys with Stevie Nix is just so immature. Call me mean, but you Taylor are mean yourself. Be happy for others who win it is not always about you love.

The Civil Wars really wrote this song, it is their style and Taylor’s name helps sell it to all you swifty crazed without bf fanz. Personally I’d rather just hear Civil Wars :)

Why is this JUST coming out!! This should have been out long time ago and then the song could have been higher on the charts. It is truly a beautiful song that I think haven’t received enough attention. The video is beautiful (of course) even though she looks a little too pale and washout in some scenes. But I hope this will get the song get the notoriety it deserves.

    Porky Says:

the most boring and overrated singer in a long long time, omg, snore fest !

  22. 22
    HerCalledTheRain Says:

the video is beautiful. but i dont like the idea of making THG so pop. they took pop actors and know Taylor Swift is in the sountrack? seriously? damn. they gonna glamorixe the story and its gonna be lame. cause while reading the books you het absolutely different feeling about characters, atmosphere and other, than they present you in the film -__-

    stan Says:

Taylor with another win. Haters can take several seats and continue with their crying.

  24. 24
    GG Says:

Taylor loves attention and uses other artist to help get that attention. Her mother even said when she was younger and they went to the beach, Taylor would run around asking strangers if she could sing for them. She craves attention and her vogue posing at the award shows is nauseous. Someone needs to add a new smiley face to the group…….one of her fake looks when she wins something…mouthdropping!

    Nora xo Says:

it’s an absolutely amazing song and i’m no fan of Miss Swift but i think that this song is so perfect for her voice and the first half of the music video is quite boring but it gets better at the end ,,
