OlderCourteney Cox: 'Cougar Town' Premieres Tonight!
Courteney Cox attends a Cougar Town viewing party held at the Paley Center For Media on Saturday (February 11) in New York City.
The 47-year-old actress and her cast mates participated in The Elephant Project while at the event to help support the organization’s fight against Alzheimer’s disease. They all posed with the elephant beanie baby because “elephants never forget.”
