OlderMichael Fassbender & Gina Carano Premiere 'Haywire' in Berlin
Michael Fassbender and Gina Carano arrive at the Haywire premiere during the Berlin International Film Festival on Wednesday (February 15) at Berlinale Palast in Berlin, Germany.
The co-stars, joined by fellow cast members Antonio Banderas, Natascha Berg, and director Steven Soderbergh, hit the red carpet after promoting the action flick at a photo call earlier in the day.
“I find it really interesting the adrenaline that you get filming,” Gina, a mixed martial arts star, told reporters. “It’s a more prolonged adrenaline than, say, fighting, which is a lot more harsh.”
“I found out that I got my ass kicked better than I kick ass,” Michael quipped.

I like him. He is very good, charismatic and talented actor but I still don’t understand why he is lying about his height. He isn’t 1.83 m (imdb). Banderas is 1.74 m and he’s taller then Michael.

@fazz: Absolutely nothing :) … and that’s why it’s so weird to me. A few centimeters more or less doesn’t change anything.

It’s a tricky one really. Banderas is about 5 ft 9 and Michael is about 2 inches taller than him (refer to some more pictures of them together). If you see him standing next to a whole load of actors you will see that he is about 5 ft 11. But most of his magazine articles state that he is tall. I also don’t think he’s lying about his height because he commented once that IMBD has fictitious info about him regarding the movies he’s connected to.
@Harpster: Actually Banderas is exactly 1.72centimeters tall because my father who is 1.73centimeters tall and met him once, was barely taller than him. So I estimate Michael being somewhere between 5’8″ and 5’9″. In his movies he seems like this. And you also cannot tell that he is that taller than Antonio because he stretches his body a little bit too much and he appears a little bit taller. So I think that I am right.xD

Whatever height he is, he is taller than me so oh well, I still find him attractive. Er…congratulations for concluding you were right. I didn’t know it was a competition but ten points for you then!
@Harpster: Actually the ‘I am right’ thing came out, spontaneously. LoL xD I am shorter than him too, but I am 5’7″ and I am only 14 so I don’t want to grow more taller, that’s PRETTY ENOUGH!!! I don’t want to appear taller in my wedding with Fassy, as if we will be married…LoL

He smokes A LOT . I guess he does the whitening thing but they get “colored” again pretty quickily because of the smoke.
I ‘m actually more bothered by the plucked eyebrows he’s sporting lately……..
All in all I love him anyway!
