OlderCharlize Theron: No Mel Gibson Cameo in 'Mad Max'
Charlize Theron leaves the Byron and Tracey Salon on Tuesday (February 21) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
The 36-year-old actress got camera shy when she spotted photographers and used her Chloe bag to cover her face.
Charlize can next be seen on the big screen in Prometheus and Snow White and the Huntsman. She’s also set to shoot a reboot of the 1979 film Mad Max.
Mel Gibson, the film’s original star, recently shot down any possibility that he’d be making a cameo in the action flick.
“Nope. I’ve got nothing to do with it. [Director] George [Miller], he’s filming in Namibia or something. It would be fun to fly to Namibia and be a snake in the background or something,” he joked with E! Online.
“I think it’s going to be great,” Mel added. “George is a genius.”

She’s not stuck up. She’s said by everyone who knows her to be one of the most down-to-earth stars, she just has no time for paparazzi. Not really fair to judge someone because they look annoyed in a paparazzi photo. Have you seen how annoying those fools can be? She’s a low key kind of gal.Talent instead of headlines.

Charlize Theron has her obnoxious and abrasive moments, but generally seems pretty nice. I don’t think she’s *THAT* good an actor. She’s good in (1) love interest/sex bomb roles, but (2) she’s also very dramatic in fattened up, lower-socioeconomic, psychotic type roles (monster).
You think she’s bitchy but I think she has badass kickass attitude which is so fascinating!!
