Here’s the film’s synopsis: As an asteroid nears Earth, a man (Carell) finds himself alone after his wife (Connie Britton) leaves in a panic. He decides to take a road trip to reunite with his high school sweetheart. Accompanying him is a neighbor (Knightley) who inadvertently puts a wrench in his plan.
Also starring in the flick: Patton Oswalt, Adam Brody, and Melanie Lynskey.
Seeking a Friend for the End of the World hits theaters on June 22!
