Whitney Houston: Sneak Peek 'Sparkle' Singing & Still

Check out this new still from the late Whitney Houston‘s upcoming film, Sparkle.

The superstar singer, who passed away suddenly earlier this month at the age of 48, did an interview and set visit with ET host Mark Steins and the director of Sparkle, Salim Akil.

Mark caught Whitney in action on set singing the hymn “Eyes On The Sparrow”. Check out the behind the scenes clip below.

Sparkle, which also stars Jordin Sparks, is set for a theatrical release on August 17 of this year.

I’m so sad she won’t be able to revel in the (hopeful!) success and festivities of the film, ugh. gosh death sucks. RIP Whitney, one of my greatest loves of all.

When she was talking, her voice sounded hoarse and whispery…sad,Sad,SAD – everything that happened to her. The ravages of drug addiction.

The butterflies on the wall – hint to mind control/brainwashing WHITNEY and countless other stars had to go through… Its part of the game. “Their” game.

When you make a deal with Satan for Fortune and Fame & then he Breaks you like he did to Whitney & Michael Jackson. And then they Realise, I DON’T need the Fame or Satan’s help to be Appreciated because God has Blessed me with a Talent. When they decide that God Never Took my Voice/Talent Away from me & I will Survive without the Fame, Satan says No Way & Stops their Comebacks thru Death.
But I Pray that Whitney & Michel Jackson both Passed Away with God on their Lips & in their Hearts! R.I.P

Damn, it sounds like she’d been really working on her voice too. Such a shame.
