Angelina Jolie enjoys a day out with her 3-year-old twins, Knox and Vivienne, on Monday (February 27) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
The 36-year-old actress went shopping at a clothing store and was joined by partner Brad Pitt‘s mom, Jane.
Angelina recently shared that she and Brad may be ready to make another movie together after 2005′s Mr. & Mrs. Smith.
“We’re talking about it. We have an idea,” she told E! Online on the red carpet at the Oscars.
FYI: Angelina is wearing an ivory silk blouse by Stella McCartney.

The most upsetting thing about this awards business is, Brad has been in the industry 20 years, made so many great movies, is one of the nicest guys around. He should have won at least two awards for best actor by now but he keeps getting overlooked by these out of touch old men on the voting board.

Went to see ITLOBAH last evening, believe me the last thing on my mind at the time was it was made by a woman, much less Angie Jo. Only some minor touches show it was made by a woman. Like some of the sensitive partial nude shots of the lead actress in the with her captor. They were very tastefully done, and showed her shadow on the wall rather than skin. It was very brutal, as a war movie should be, and showed what long memories people carry within them, sometimes for hundreds of years. It takes an event to act as a catalyst and moments of innattention from the powers that be to make the hatred beneath come to the surface, for people to act on their basic fear and intense hatred of the other.
It seems to me the message of the movie was Angie’s sense of loss at the beauty, culture and humanity of a thriving city (remember 1984 Olypics in Sarejevo?). She tried to show what an incalcuble loss that was, one which can never be measured, but she tried to capture some of it anyway. And to show the absolute senselessness of it all. I was very impressed, the woman is wise beyond her years. I can’t wait to see what other movies she will create.

I didn’t see Emily Blunt’s name on the list earlier today. She and John Krasinksi were also at Ticky’s b-day party. Apparently she’s known Squiggy for a while…through his cousin in the UK. I’m still LMAO that it turns out Squiggy has more useful connections in show biz than Ticky does. Emily blunt probably couldn’t help but think that hanging with REAL A-LISTERS was a helluva lot different from hanging with WANNABE A-listers. God know the occasion was certainly more impressive.

Love her or hate her, one has to admit that Jolie is an original. She doesn’t imitate anyone, she marches to her own beat, and she got the attitude and confidence to do it with ease. I think she knows that pose is over the top and silly, she probably did that to poke fun and stir things up (just like Robert Downer Jr. tried to do the Tebowing thing). Oscar is a fun party, like high school prompt, she likely won’t take it seriously. She has seen real serious things around the world. No matter what criticism was thrown at her, she just ignore them. IMO Angelina had such a stressful and emotional premieres in Bosnia etc that she just wanted to be sexy and have fun at the Oscars. Carmen and Jlo posing by showing off their butts and having fun. Dad says that while someone could report Dr Drew to a medical review board it won’t do anyone any good. The medical review board in the State of California is more than aware of what happens on his show. That is; he gives his medical opinion concerning people like Angelina. Dad says that if they were going to shut him down the board would have done so long ago given some of his subjects.
Dr Drew whether I like it or not, Dr Drew and his guests were legally able to comment on Angelina’s physical appearance. Any lawyer working for the show will simply tell Brad and Angelina that what was said was opinion only. Was it unkind? yes, Was it wrong? yes. but, unless any medical harm can be proven there’s nothing to prevent more shows like this.

Funny you should say that, but I’ve always thought that Knox is not quite, well, all there…Now maybe one of the delusional FANS thinks that, strictly speaking, children ought to be off-limits in commentary and message boards, and for the most part I agree and thus believe children ought to be out of the limelight and not ripe for discussions like these. Renaming Wanderlust to Wanderbust was a no brainer. There are dead people who could have forecast another box office bomb for Ticky. Everybody talking about how thin Angie is should try to keep the hectic pace she’s been on the last 2 1/2 months and see how much weight they lose. This has probably been the most stressful 2 1/2 months she’s had since her mother died. She was obviously worried sick over how her movie would be recieved everywhere – not just in the US & Bosnia. She admitted to have a few panic attacks and crying on Brad’s shoulder about the stress of it all. Added to that she’s always been thin and has said in the past that when she’s busy working she tends to lose weight. Not so coincidentally this is exactly what happened when her mother died – a husband & 6 VERY active kids under the age of 11, 40 gazillion awards shows and premieres with accompanying photoshoots, press conferences, red carpet appearances, jetsetting around the world dealing with heavy subjects like war and rape…who wouldn’t be over-stressed and losing weight? Other than Dr. Drew & the haters natch…

Audiences gave it a mediocre ’B-’ CinemaScore. The combination of Jennifer Aniston and Paul Rudd proved toxic to moviegoers. FYI: this greenlight was the studio’s payback to Role Models director David Wain and and his creative partner Ken Marino and mogul/producer Judd Apatow. Unfortunately the budget was $30M which is cheap by any standard except when a pic flops this badly. Sad, really, because Aniston’s flack-from-hell Stephen Huvane pulled out all the nauseating stops by exploiting her personal life — as usual.

James did say that and it’s probably true. I have 6 brothers and sisters. I remember when I was growing up my mother frequently ate after we did or nibbled while she cooked and then had no appetite for dinner. We know Angie’s not a big cook, but she said they try to have a sit down dinner every night when possible. When Brad did that Details interview in 2007 he was eating his lunch standing up or sitting on the floor and told the guy something like when you have little kids you’re lucky if you get to eat all. They’ve both said this whole award season that the kids keep asking how long they’re going to be gone or when they’re coming home, so they’re probably spending time with the kids before they go out. Angie probably gets busy and food’s the last thing on her mind. I hate skinny biitches like that…but they do exist.

just have to comment on this! It’s not about looks or whether we “ordinary” people are “jealous” of her beauty. She looks, at first sight, as an anorexic wax figure that so many other “stars” on the red carpet this year in Hollywood. This is a phenomenon that reflects our world and how crazy it has become. We have an unhealthy body ideals, where the norm is skin and bones while we are eating ourselves to death and getting fatter and fatter.

She just signed a new $25MIL contract and was moved to the set that NBc/Universal had renovated for Conan O’Brien’s stint on the Tonight Show. It hasn’t bee used since they dumped Conan for Jay a few years ago. If that doesn’t make you ill…they spent $50MIL remodeling the set. Using your economic power by not supporting businesses that support/stand for hate (to Angie or anybody else)- and letting them know about it- is certainly a powerful way to demonstrate that you disagree with an entity. I doubt any of Kimmels, Dr Drew’s, Joan River’s, etc. sponsors would come forward with a statement that support their hosts right to say untrue things about a mother of 6 who does a lot of for the world- if they did, I would make it clear I & my friends would no longer patronize their products and would make that known by all the tweets/fb, etc. that can possibly be generated.

Whenever I’m annoyed by an article about anything, I email the writer and cc his/her editor. I tell them their journalism is extremely poor. Nobody likes to be told they are bad at their job. I make sure my email is well constructed and to the point – short, sharp and lethal in its withering condemnation of someone doing a very poor job.
I tell them that in this competitive market they have to earn my readership by doing a good job. And because they disgrace their profession i am switching to a rival.
I’ve found it works.
On the Angelina front a supposedly feminist journalist once wrote a flattering account of Angelina’s beauty but then added the offhand comment ‘ofcourse when Brad was seduced away by her we women were all team Aniston.’
I wrote and advised her I had no wish to be lumped with the kind of women who are team Aniston. i explained why. (I can’t imagine any woman wanting to be lumped with the half wits I described lol).
I then asked her why, as a supposed feminist, she had never written about Angelina’s power in Hollywood. Salt had just come out and I gave her facts about how Angelina was the only woman to be trusted with a big budget summer action blockbuster etc etc.
Credit where it’s due, she has never since generalized about women or compared Angelina to Aniston.
In my experience a well argued email does the trick. It may be a small shift in the writer’s future work that you bring about but it happens.
There are so many eloquent posters here, i’m sure a few choice emails/letters will work wonders!
ps the UK papers have had Angelina and her leg on their covers with a very positive spin. When I last checked the twitter account had 32000 followers!!!

Hollywood power couple will visit the Promised Land for first time during Pitt’s filming of “The Gray Man”

In August reports came out that Brad Pitt has signed on to star in “The Gray Man”, a film adaptation of the hit Mark Greaney novel about a talented assassin who has become the target of a multi-national man hunt.
Reports are now coming out that Pitt will need to spend at least a month in Israel shooting scenes for the film, and that Angelina Jolie and their children will likely join as well.
Several hotels in Israel have already been contacted to reserve 50 rooms for Pitt and his crew.
During a visit to the Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington D.C. to promote her directorial debut, “In the Land of Blood and Honey,” earlier this year, Jolie was asked about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and if she plans on visiting Israel.
“Israel and Palestine; I have not spent time there. I would like to spend more time…There’s no good reason I haven’t been.” said Jolie.
This should be her first opportunity to visit the Holy Land. Let’s hope it leaves her with a good impression, and that the paparazzi will be a little friendlier than they were to Justin Bieber.

Not to side with JR, she does extol Angelina’s beauty and outfits whenever possible and so do Giulliana. The Fashion Police does take on everybody and they do have favorites (I think Angie is one of them, believe me) but even then, when they make a mistake or fashion faux pas , they still get the lash. I have never beilieved that the elder Pitts loved X and hated Angie. I think after the marriage, the Pitts found out the real X, that she was a big fraud. But since they are decent people and X was their DIL, they were cordial and friendly. But I don’t think they have the same love and admiration for X as they do for Angie. You can see it in Jane’s face when she is with Angie.

Hmmmmm…don’t know that I believe this story. It wouldn’t be the first time someone’s had bad information or dropped their names for attention. Aside from that – I sort of hope it’s not true that the entire family is going to be in Israel for a month. That sounds a like courting trouble to me. That’s one of the reasons that they used Malta for Israel in WWZ. The other reason being cost and The Gray Man is NOT supposed to be a big budget movie.

The other reason this is a bad idea is that JV does a lot of charity work in Israel. God knows what he’ll be babbling about if they go there. He’s liable to drop in unannounced and be a PITA and cause an international incident. LOL. Sorry…I really think JV is nuttier than a just rolled payday. Hell, Brad’s own grandmother (Betty Russell) told her local newspaper in 2008 that Brad had only ever brought 2 women to Shawnee to meet her – Putrid and Angie. Betty had met Ticky but that was in LA. Tells you 2 things right away – first, Brad didn’t think enough of Ticky to make an effort to take her to OK. Secondly, Ticky is such a selfish biitch she made an old lady come to her. If she had insisted Brad take her OK instead, he’d have done that. But she didn’t. Who can forget how Gisele gets flack for every word that comes out of her mouth – from breast feeding comments to defending her husband from an assaultive papz during super bowl. Oh boy, from legit news media (nbc.cnn,abc,cbs,fox), to tabloid, blogs, etc etc you would have thought Gisele had committed murder. here is my 2 cents – when I first saw the picture of angie, my thought was it was an awkward pose. So I stood and tried to stand the same way and it wasn’t awkward at all.

2. When people state that Angie’s always been thin, but now she looks like a human skeleton, look at them blankly and then blink continuously. If you don’t know how to blink continuously then look at interviews of Angie. Which one? I would say any from about 2005 or 2006. You can also refer to the one she did recently for Eonline. She’s blinking up a storm in that one.
3. Never deny a desire to have mire children. Might need to adopt one in a pinch.

I thought the theme of entire Oscar night was being playful especially the presenters from JLO and Cameron Diaz, Will Ferrel and Zac, Ben Stiller and Emma Stone and even RDJ and Paltrow, they all were being playful while presenting, and they even gave audience popcorn during the ceremony. Who cares that Angie & Brad have had too many to count box office bombs. Don’t just quote domestic numbers, also quote world wide numbers. You know, don’t want to let people know that their movies don’t do well in the US. If anyone asks if you saw The Tourist, lie and say yes. Then quote world wide numbers, but Do Not quote domestic figures. Same with Changeling, Mighty Heart, etc., etc

I’m going to pat myself on the back because this is exactly what I said last that I thought had happened. As usual, when it comes to Angie, everybody automatically jumped to the conclusion that the guy meant something negative in doing that. When is this shite ever going to end? When does the next flavor come along? All those wannabes and nary a one of them have been able to hold anyone’s interest. It just makes you realize how petty people can be that they automatically assumed something negative. Meanwhile Ticky rolled out another stink bomb this weekend and is torn between heaving a sigh of relief that everyone is stuck on Angie’s leg instead of her dud and being pissed that, good or bad, Angie stole the Oscars and didn’t even mean to, especially not the way Ticky meant to in 2009.
