Cameron Diaz hits the Vanity Fair Oscar Party held at Sunset Tower on Sunday (February 26) in West Hollywood, Calif.
The 39-year-old actress changed out of her Gucci gown she wore earlier in the evening at the award show and into a bright orange Victoria Beckham dress.

During the Oscar telecast, Cameron hit the stage with Jennifer Lopez to present the Best Costume Design and Best Makeup awards.

Her body in that dress looks very manly
I didn’t really pay attention to the rumors, but you can really see that she had a boob job in that one picture where her boob is pushed up against her dress strap. It’s not a judgement, whatever makes you happy. But it’s so clear to me now.

I like her boob job, it’s very natural for her body b/c she didn’t have any boobs before. But seriously if she wants to look more feminine then she should work out less because her body is turning into man’s body and her face looks old.
