The 27-year-old TV personality, who met up with Glee‘s Ashley Fink at the party, wore a yellow Georges Hobeika dress with Montblanc jewelry, Giuseppe Zanotti shoes, and a Judith Leiber clutch.

Kelly also hit the red carpet at the Oscars earlier in the evening for E! – she paired a Badgley Mischka dress with Sutra jewelry, a Palladium ring, and Aldo shoes. 10+ pics inside…
