Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is red hot at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party held at Sunset Tower on Sunday (February 26) in West Hollywood, Calif.
The 24-year-old English model and actress attended the star-studded bash, which was hosted by Vanity Fair editor Graydon Carter, with boyfriend Jason Statham.
Rosie rocked an Antonio Berardi dress with Harry Winston jewels and a Jimmy Choo clutch.
Earlier in the week, Rosie was spotted in NYC wearing a sparkler on her ring finger prompting rumors she and Jason might be tying the knot. But her rep shot down the rumors!

For me the best look of the night – she takes your breath away, flawless slinky stunning dress on a flawless stunning girl. Simple hair and simple make up put the focus on how georgous she is. She got it right 100%. Love them as a couple.
