Katy Perry rocks a sheer ensemble while out and about on Thursday (March 1) in Paris, France.
The 27-year-old singer, who wore a vest and sheer chiffon drawstring skirt from Vera Wang with a pair of visible boy shorts underneath, attended fashion shows for Paris Fashion Week!
