OlderZac Efron Talks Red Carpet Condom Drop on 'Today'
Zac Efron leaves NBC studios after making an appearance on Today on Thursday (March 1) in New York City.
The 24-year-old actor, who’s back in the U.S. after visiting Brazil with John John, spoke about his role in The Lorax.
Zac also addressed his recent red carpet appearance at the premiere, where he dropped a condom on the carpet.
“I never really had a pocket-checking policy when I was going on the red carpet before, but now we’ve fully instated one,” Zac laughed.
FYI: Zac is wearing a Simon Spurr jacket.

I don’t know who he was planning to sleep with at the premiere, if anyone, but I do think it’s a good thing he’s being responsible. People are always encouraging girls to carry condoms around too (which is good) but guys shouldn’t think that lets them off the hook. If the girl gets pregnant it’s just as much his fault as it is hers..
If he thinks this is going to be good publicity for his first ‘big boy’ movie; I don’t think so. He’s made a fool of himself with the crush on his 20 year senior co-star. Boy, you’d better cool down a little bit.
Did you see there is a PR story out there that Zac dropped the Magnum condom to send a sign to Nicole Kidman. On the set of Paperboy, he supposedly found her to be very beautiful and is hot for her. He’s hoping the size of the condom will turn her on too. Can you imagine?
