OlderKristin Chenoweth Talks 'Dance Moms' with Anderson Cooper
Kristin Chenoweth embraces Anderson Cooper after being interviewed on his talk show Anderson, in an episode airing Monday, March 26.
The GCB actress shared her love for the Lifetime reality show Dance Moms with Anderson, as well as some stories of doing dance as a child.

“I did grow up in ballet and my teacher was very strict. I think there is strength in not yelling. There is strength and power in saying you disappointed me. Don’t you think?” Kristin said in response to Dance Moms teacher Abby‘s constant yelling.

“Dance Moms” is arguably Lifetime’s best show ever. We actually have young dancers in this world who are truly great right now, in their own right, not simply “one day you will be amazing”.
Abby confers some mad skills to her students. On the flip-side, she is observably arrogant and one of her several eccentricities appears to be constant yelling at the bleeding edge of insanity. But I’m sure not gonna argue with her success.
She looks happy as always
