OlderKelly Clarkson: 'Duets' TV Show This Summer on ABC!
Kelly Clarkson will star in a new singing competition premiering this summer on ABC!
Duets will bring celebs including Kelly, Robin Thicke, Lionel Richie, and Jennifer Nettles together to hunt for musical proteges.
“Instead of sitting on a judges’ panel, these four superstars will head out across America to find two singers to be their duet partners. Each week, the celebrity and one of their charges will take the stage and perform in front of a live studio audience,” People explains.
The winner of the competition will receive a recording contract with Hollywood Records.

I guess Kelly, Robin and Lionel really liked being mentors on the voice :)
I’ll watch it. Mainly because Kelly is on it, but at least it’s got something different from Idol/Voice/X Factor.

I’ll watch if only to see Kelly perform every week. That alone is enough to draw me in.
This sounds like more than just a talent show since the pros sing as well. But any singing show with aspiring singers that doesn’t have Simon Cowell on camera talking is good.

Kelly: My neighbor has the sweetest 60′s voice. Clear, crisp, ,it just draws you in. You can’t help but be mesmerized by it. He is older, had a kidney transplant and has been sick as of late. He has an extensive record collection and disc jockey booth set up. He is Mr. Music to me. I would venture a guess that the world would also think the same. He is a little shy but maybe for you he would showcase his talent.
