The 30-year-old Hart of Dixie actress was spotted dropping by a liquor store in Los Feliz earlier in the day.

Rachel currently graces the cover of Lucky magazine’s latest issue and spoke with the mag about her go-to lip color.
“Dr Pepper Lip Smacker has been my number-one since my early teens. I will never abandon my doctor!” Rachel laughed.
