Brandon Routh and his wife, Courtney Ford, are expecting a baby!
“It’s been so hard keeping the news to ourselves,” the 32-year-old actor told People.
“It started getting difficult to hide what was happening,” Courtney, 33, added. “Flu and food poisoning excuses only work for so long, and by the last episode I could no longer button my pants! I just tried to joke that I had a big lunch!”
Brandon is currently working on Partners, a comedy pilot for CBS. He stars opposite Ugly Betty alum Michael Urie and Sophia Bush.
Brandon and Courtney will welcome their little one this coming summer.

Let’s hope their baby is cute, but we must remember that the looks of the parents are no guarantee that the baby will be beautiful. Remember Tony Curtis and Janet Lee, both very beautiful stars from the 40′s and 50′s had a baby name Jamie Lee Curtis. If folks will tell the truth and look back at Jamie’ first big break which was the horror flick “Halloween”, yes, Jamie has a great body but her face did not resemble either one of her parents at all. In fact, her face was quite unattractive compared to her famous, heartstoppingly gorgeous parents! Don’t hate the messenger, I’m just saying, I hope this kid is a cutey but history has proven it’s no guarantee. Also Cary Grant and his famous wife, Dyan Cannon, had a daughter, her face was not attractive. So there is precedent here to consider.
