OlderNicole Richie: 'Fashion Star' Celebration at Macy's!
Nicole Richie rocks a bright yellow Julien Macdonald gown at the Fashion Star Celebration held at Macy’s Herald Square on Tuesday (March 13) in NYC.
The 30-year-old mentor finished off her look with a Jimmy Choo clutch and House of Harlow 1960 jewelry.
Fashion Star host Elle Macpherson and Nicole‘s fellow mentor, designer John Varvatos, also came out of the bash on the night of the show’s premiere.
Also pictured inside: Nicole posing with an elephant beanie for The Elephant Project the night before. She signed the tag, which will be auctioned off with the beanie and a picture to help raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Association.

Is it just me, or has Nicole’s hair looked dried out and frizzy lately? I’ve seen a couple of pics of her on this site lately, and I’ve been wondering about it – she usually looks flawless. Still a beautiful person, though!

I like Nicole. She is outspoken and honest. She doesn’t give a crap what detractors say and I like that. She is a very strong and independent young woman who doesn’t put the blame on a man if something in her life isn’t right. Good for her.
